This whole house remodel turned a fixer upper into a modern showpiece!
All new electrical
wiring and a new central heating and air system were installed. The house was completely insulated and new drywall and
texture were provided. The old white carpets were replaced with beautiful, oak flooring throughout the house. All
interior doors, as well as bypass closet doors, are made of knotty alder and have a clear finish.
The kitchen
was redone using maple cabinets and granite counter-tops. Under and over cabinet lighting were installed, as well as
recessed lighting in the ceiling.
All window openings were enlarged and Milgard dual paned windows were
installed along with Andersen french doors.
New fan lights were installed in each bedroom with new phone
and cable outlets.
The bathroom was reconfigured to provide more space. New tile and an old world finish were
added to the walls.
A new irrigation and drainage system was installed in both the front and back yards with
new sod. A new water heater was also installed.
The existing fireplace was tiled and wrapped with a
cedar mantle.
This project was one more example of J.E.O. Construction's commitment to quality craftsmanship
and customer satisfaction.
