This was another project by the San Francisco based design team of Nahemoh and Rivera. The
entire kitchen was gutted and reconfigured. The original kitchen had one sink in the left corner with a corner window unit.
The original window was framed in, and two new window units were created along with two new sink locations. Each sink has
it's own Miele dishwasher. The original tile countertops were replaced with a Brazilian Azul Bahia blue granite
as well as the backsplash. The island is one solid slab with a rotating television in the middle. The Dacor range is free
standing with a down draft unit. The Kitchen Aid refridgerator is built in with the cabinets, as well as both dishwashers.
All new cabinets were installed with a custom soffit and crown moulding detail above. The lighting was reconfigured
and a beautiful chandelier was added. Two sets of sliding door units were replaced with Andersen Frenchwood units. The office
area was also remodeled and new cabinetry was installed. The entire downstairs was painted and all lighting either relocated
or replaced. Indoor and outdoor speakers were also added throughout the downstairs area with individual volume controls. A
new sink was added in the laundry room, and the existing sub panel was changed out to accomodate the new kitchen. The downstairs
bathroom received new lighting, a new toilet, and paint. This entire project was completed in three months, one week
before the homeowners birthday celebration party. Whew, mission accomplished!
